Each product also has its own terms covering the data it processes.

3. Service providers
A few service providers process personal data on our behalf: Microsoft 365, which hosts the mailbox that receives contact form messages, sent through our own email service (Flex Mail); Cloudflare, through which all traffic to this website passes for security and performance, and whose Web Analytics service measures page visits; and Better Stack, which hosts our public status page (status.fl-x.com). Some of these providers process data outside Morocco.
4. Data retention & security
We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described above and protect it with appropriate technical and organizational measures, including encryption in transit and access controls.
5. Your rights
